Traditional Log Home Building Methods & Custom Designed Homes

Old Style Log Works brings to the table more than 20-years of experience working on log homes and commercial log buildings. We’re based out of Kalispell, Montana, and our projects span across the state and the country.

Our custom built homes feature traditional log home building styles. We specialize in the Scandinavian Full Scribe and Traditional Chink Style methods. Each of our log cabin homes and our luxury log homes showcases these traditional building methods.

We maintain a strong commitment to quality. We are not an assembly-line, mass-production unit. Instead, we offer personalized service and hold ourselves to the highest standard with each of our handcrafted log homes. We’re part of our small community in Western Montana and work hard to maintain our reputation for integrity, and take great pride in our craftsmanship.

Our work includes rustic home styles, luxury log homes, and commercial log buildings. We offer in-house design and construction drawings for the log elements of your project, and can offer referrals for architectural and engineering firms; we work closely with the rest of the overall construction team to identify the best practices and best elements for your unique building project.

With more than 200 log homes, lodges, and commercial projects under our belt, let us show you what we’re capable of creating.
